All Yours Period Poverty 

Branding

Challenge

This project was a part of the branding design module. I worked as part of a team to develop a set of brand guidelines for a charity. We were paired with a charity called All Yours. This charity focuses on providing support to anyone struggling with period poverty. We needed to design for a wide target audience (not just women) as period poverty impacts everyone. We also needed to make the tone of voice approachable as well as silent because discrete packaging and subtle support as not to raise alarms in families and households was a main focus of this charity's support.

Outcome

The new redesign of this company perfectly approaches the target audience with trust and comfort. The icon is enough to be recognisable and also doesn't give away too much of the charity's goal. This is important because some families restrict girls from having access to period products. The typeface chosen was rounded to give a softer identity. The colour choices of the brand use a lot of tan to be less gender focused.
